Ebedi Microfinance Bank Nig. Limited was formerly Ebedi Community Bank was incorporated on 30th January, 1998 via Registration Number 326947.
The Bank was issued a provisional license 2191 by the then National Board for Community Banks (NBCB) on 31st May, 1995 but actually commenced full Banking Operations on 15th September, 1995.
The Bank got its final license from Central Bank of Nigeria on 25th May, 2004 with Certificate Number 000508.
The bank got its Certificate Number 000305 dated 40th April, 2009 to carry on Microfinance Banking Business by the provision of the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act No: 25 of 1991 (as amended), Microfinance Policy, Regulatory and Supervisory Guidelines for the Microfinance Banks in Nigeria and Other Regulations issued in pursuant thereof.

Afolabi Abiola Olayemi
Mr. Afolabi Abiola Olayemi (Managing Director) holds Higher National Diploma in Banking &Finance from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (2003). He joined Ebedi Microfinance Bank in 2006, and has served the Bank in various capacities such as Credit and marketing officer, Head of Credit and marketing, Acting Managing Director, and currently Managing Director. He is also a Certified Microfinance Banker.
Wahab Titilope Kudirat
Mrs. Wahab Titilope Kudirat (Head of Operation) holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic (2004). She joined Ebedi Microfinance Bank in 2006, and she is a Certified Microfinance Banker.
Wahab Silifat Adenike
Wahab Silifat Adenike (Internal Auditor) was born on 3rd December, 1978. She holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State (2002). She joined Ebedi Microfinance Bank in 2006. She is also Microfinance Certified Banker. Her work experience began from her National Youth Service as Assistant PHC Accountant, Finance Department, Yamaltu Deba Local Government, Deba, Gombe State.
Alabi Saheed Adebukola
Alabi Saheed Adebukola (head, Marketing) holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke (2006). He joined Ebedi Microfinance Bank in 2008. He is also a Certified Microfinance Banker.

Amodu Musa Olabamiji (Head of Credit) holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin (2012). He joined Ebedi Microfinance Bank in 2012. He is also a Certified Microfinance Banker.
